Do you need professional security for your next event? The Department of Public Safety is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to the Georgetown community.  To request a security detail for your next event, please complete and submit an Event Security Request form.  One of our professional staff will be happy to help.

*Please Note: The current hourly rate per officer for Event Security Services is $41.00 per hour.  Event security requests must be submitted at least ten (10) business days (two weeks) prior to the event date. Requests submitted less than three business days prior to the event date may not be accomoodated, based on personnel availability.
