Village C West: Joseph Beans
Officer Joseph Beans is from Anne Arundel County, Maryland. He has worked at Georgetown for 4 years. He is working towards his law enforcement certification with the state of Maryland and a criminal justice degree with Anne Arundel Community College. Officer Beans currently lives in Anne Arundel County and he is an avid waterman.
SWQ/South Campus: David Budd

McCarthy: Chad Carnegie
Officer Chad Carnegie, moved to the DC area from Tampa, Florida in April of 2011. He was a police officer for Palmetto Police Department for 10 years and had 2 years prior experience with the Manatee County Sheriff's Office in Bradenton, Florida. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Barry University. He also coached high school football for many years in various capacities. His hobbies include football, traveling, exercising.
Main & East Campus: Damon Harari
Officer Damon Harari has worked at Georgetown for almost 3 years now. He has 10 years professional experience as a paralegal working with intellectual property. He also has experience with real estate investing. He graduated from American University and plans on pursuing graduate studies at Georgetown. In his spare time he enjoys baseball, basketball and coaching soccer.
LXR/Nevils: William Ingraham
Officer William Ingraham retired from the US Army with 24 years of service. He has been in the security industry since his retirement in 1991. He has worked as a campus police officer for Howard University and Sidwell Friends School as well as DC Public Library and several other security venues. He has also been a volunteer with the PG Counsel of Big Brothers and the DC Military Youth Corp at Aberdeen Proving Grounds.
Village C East: Erica Lumpkin
Officer Erica Lumpkin has worked in the law enforcement field for six years. As a Patrol Officer at Georgetown University, she also coordinates and instructs R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) courses on campus and works with the LXR/Nevils community as a Community Liaison Officer. Officer Lumpkin is a graduate of UC Berkeley’s Ethnic Studies and Women & Gender Studies programs and is also a current student at Georgetown, pursuing her studies in Medicine. She is an avid collector of music and enjoys international travel and creative writing.
Kennedy: Donato Marcantonio
Officer Donato Marcantonio is fluent in Italian and Spanish. Received his B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland. Previously, Officer Marcantonio worked in the Uniformed Division Personnel at the U.S. Department of State. He is currently a patrol officer at Georgetown University, with five years of law enforcement experience. He is approachable and easy to talk to. In addition he also enjoys fishing, hunting, sports, and working out at the gym.
Community service at Georgetown University is important to him because he believes that we are here to be of service to the Georgetown community.
Village A: Jacob Miller
Officer Jake Miller comes from Bergen County, NJ, bringing five years of law enforcement and seven years of fire service experience to Georgetown University. Prior to joining the Georgetown community, Officer Miller was employed with a municipal Police Department and volunteered with a local Fire Department. Officer Miller has numerous public safety certifications as he attended the Passaic County Police Academy and Bergen County Fire Academy, as well as collegiate coursework in these fields from John Jay College and New Jersey City University. In his spare time, Officer Miller enjoys traveling, hiking, and mountain biking.
Copley: Brian Murray
Officer Brian Murray has been working at Georgetown University for almost a year. He is originally from Nassau County, New York. He is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania with a Degree in Criminal Justice. He also worked for the York College of PA Department of Public Safety. Currently he is assigned to the Bike Patrol Unit and primarily on the night shift. He enjoys spending time with family and 4 legged best friend Daisy. He’s also a fan of hockey and football. (NJ Devils and NY Giants!).
Darnall & Harbin: Henry Purdie
Officer Henry Purdie studied Psychology and played cornerback for the Temple University football team and is currently a patrol officer at Georgetown University, with 10 years of law enforcement experience.
In addition, he is a former Intelligence Analyst for the Department of Defense (DoD). He is originally from Brooklyn, New York. Officer Purdie also enjoys writing poetry, listening to music, movies and spending time with friends.
Reynolds: Peter Regan
Officer Peter Regan is originally from Ohio where he started his law enforcement career over 10 years ago. Having moved to the DC area in 2007 to continue his law enforcement career in Maryland, he recently landed at Georgetown where he plans on continuing his education as well. Having trained for a number of years in Muay Thai kickboxing and Jujitsu, he actively competes in both.
