R.A.D. Program

Basic Physical Defense for Women is a 12-hour course designed by Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) Systems to develop and enhance a woman's options of self defense by providing information on risk reduction as well as instruction of a number of hands-on techniques. The class is taught by members of the Georgetown University community who have been certified as instructors through R.A.D. Systems, Inc.

R.A.D. Systems is dedicated to teaching women defensive concepts and techniques against various types of assault, by utilizing easy, effective and proven self-defense tactics. This system of realistic defense is designed to provide women with the knowledge to make an educated decision about resistance.
